Use of electrodes with movement to reset dysfunctional muscle patterns and restore proper movement without pain.
*Not the same as traditional ESTIM therapy which uses alternating current.
Advanced Hands on Techniques
Can include soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, assisted movement, manual lymphatic drainage, etc.
Advanced TMJ Treatment
Received academic and hands on training at Columbia University by a renowned Certified Cervical & Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT) by the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial & Cervical Therapeutics
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Specialized stainless stelel tools used to apply controlled gliding pressure over muscles and fascia, which can influence pain and mobility via mechanotransduction and nervous-system input.
Also used for scar mobilizations to help address adhesions.
Suction Cupping Therapy
Suction cupping gently lifts the skin and underlying fascia to increase circulation, reduce tissue tension, and support improved mobility and comfort
Therapeutic Exercise
Personalized movement and mindful progression to help your body regain strength, freedom, and balance to support healing from the inside out.

Meet the Founder.

A Columbia University graduate, Dr. Alejandra (Ale) Vasquez, PT, DPT has spent her career at the intersection of clinical excellence and high-level performance, working with professional athletes, industry executives, and world-class creatives who refuse to be sidelined by pain. She understands that for the high-performer, physical pain is more than a discomfort, it’s a barrier to their best work, which is why her approach leads with a "healing-first" philosophy.
While she treats the full spectrum of orthopedic conditions, her passion lies in resolving the complex, persistent issues that others often overlook, such as: chronic pain/tension, neck and/or TMJ discomfort, and migraines/headaches .
By streamlining traditional physical therapy with innovative technology, she provides an efficient experience that prioritizes nervous system regulation to quiet pain and "reset" the body’s baseline. This meticulous process ensures that once you return to movement, you do so with a foundation of fluidity, ease, and long-term resilience.
*Previous clinical experience includes affiliations at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell (#1 hospital in New York), The Ohio State Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute (the Midwest’s largest and most advanced sports medicine facility), a leading wellness clinic in New York City, and private practice in Santa Monica, CA.

"...I had seen orthopedic clinics, chiropractors, and other PT clinicians, but nothing had worked. Within just three sessions, Alejandra developed a sustainable daily exercise program and helped me understand the source of my discomfort. She is an intent listener, thrives with complexity, and explains solutions thoroughly. She restored my ankle, hip, spine, and neck function. Most importantly, she taught me easy preventative steps that have actually worked!..."

"Doctor Alejandra Vasquez...used her extensive knowledge of the body and of the mind, to aid in my recovering from a spinal injury that had lead to 8 herniated discs… within 2 months!...
Alejandra is one of the smartest (if not the smartest), most skilled, and proactive doctor’s I’ve been blessed to have received care from. Her extensive knowledge on biomechanics, kinesthetic movement, and her perfection based approach, was light years beyond what I could have imagined or asked for.
Alejandra was patient, kind, and deeply understanding; with the latter being key to the speed of my recovery. I was reminded that recovery is not always a linear process (you have good days, rough days, and GREAT days), and Alex was able to provide motivation, even through those tougher sessions. It’s obvious that she takes her clients rehabilitation as serious as if they were her own."
-Patient testimonial from prior clinical practice
"I found Alejandra when my migraine frequency doubled and I was going to have to go on a monthly medication with side effects. I also have TMJ, which contributes to my migraines. It’s not easy to find someone who is trained in working on your jaw and specifically the muscles that contribute to migraines. After working with her twice a week for two months my migraine frequency has gone back to normal and I don’t have to go on more medication! Alejandra is professional, kind, proficient and lovely! I cannot recommend her highly enough! I felt so hopeless before finding her and am eternally grateful to her for pulling me out of the debilitating cycle of migraines I was going through."
